Location: Bideford, North Devon
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000
Type: Full-time, permanent
An established engineering services company is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to support clean and wastewater projects across Devon and Cornwall.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for commissioning, testing, and fault finding of electrical and control systems, working closely with project, design, and installation teams to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical testing and commissioning
Fault finding and diagnostics
Completing commissioning documentation
Liaising with design and installation teams
Supporting FATs and project close-out
Requirements
Electrical industry qualifications
Experience commissioning complex systems or process plants
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good IT skills (Excel, Word)
Water industry experience beneficial
Full UK driving licence
