A market-leading, specialist engineering business is looking for a Compliance Administrator, to join an extremely stable, long-standing business based outside of Portsmouth. This is a great opportunity for an administrator who has a background in health and safety, compliance, audit or ISO / RISQS


  • Experience in compliance administration
  • Health and safety qualification such as NEBOSH or PIEMA would be beneficial
  • Current or previous experience working in an engineering or construction business would be beneficial
  • Strong IT skills
  • Confident in communication via email and telephone
  • High attention to detail


  • Salary £25,000 – £30,000 salary
  • Monday to Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • 8% pension


  • Gathering all evidence in advance of RISQS and ISO Audits
  • Arranging and undertaking all preparation works for senior management review meetings
  • Ensure compliance is being met throughout the Company at all times
  • Ensure H&S is being adhered to at all times
  • Planning works, ordering parts, sending quotes
