My client is a global leader in HVAC systems. They are looking for a Contract Manager to manage critical cooling contracts in UK data centres with a wider scope to manage clients internationally when required
This is suitable for Project Managers, Project Engineers, Contract Managers, Contract Engineers or Application Engineer or Design Engineers who possess good client-facing skills and are confident managing HVAC contracts
Package:
- £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
- Tesla 3 or £500 per month car allowance
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
- 33 days holiday
- 8% pension
- Private health insurance
Requirements:
- Must currently a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Contract Manager, Contract Engineer or similar
- Either HVAC qualifications such as NVQ 2 Air conditioning & Refrigeration or degree qualified as a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineer
- Substantial experience of managing installation of HVAC equipment in data centres
- Currently working within the HVAC or building services industry
