Contract Manager / Project Installation Manager – Sheet Metal Fabrication
We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Manager to run installation jobs for fabricated structures in industrial and construction environments.
The Role
- Mainly office based with regular requirement to visit sites
- Lead a team of project engineers
- Plan the work of the site service team
- Responsible for Health and safety
- Oversight and drafting RAMS
- AutoCAD drafting from site measurements
- Managing changes to contracts and add on work
Requirements
- Solid industrial or construction site installation experience involving metal and fabricated structures
- Sheet metal fabrication & welding knowledge is essential
- Likely to have recently held role as: Contracts Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Engineer, Project Engineer, Estimator, or similar.
- AutoCAD drawing ability – preferably
- Contracts Management & Project Management experience
- Experience leading a small team of engineers
- Ideally health & safety qualified – IOSSH, NEBOSH, SSSCS, and or experience working with Safe Contractor
- Full driving licence
Package
£35K – £50K
