Contract Manager – M&E

I’m representing a market-leading mechanical and electrical contracting business that specialises in full turnkey projects for cutting edge commercial industries across the UK. This is an exciting to opportunity to work for a business where you will be involved on projects including laboratories, airports, research facilities, museums and everything in between, with project values ranging from £10k up to £4 million

Due to substantial growth, they are looking for a Contract Manager to work on full-turnkey commercial M&E projects across Salisbury, Swindon, Basingstoke and Oxford

Requirements:

• Engineering qualifications, trade i.e Electrical or Plumbing / Pipe-Fitting or professional i.e Degree or HND
• Currently an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager
• Experience managing commercial M&E contracts
• Comfortable in a client facing role

Package:

• £50,000 to £60,000 depending on experience
• Performance related bonus
• 4% pension
• 31 days holiday ( including bank holidays)
• Company vehicle / allowance
