Contracts Manager – M&E

My client is a major M&E contractor, providing multi discipline building services. They are looking for a contracts manager to manage new builds, fit – outs, refurbishment and maintenance projects within schools, theatres, museums and also apartment buildings.

Requirements:

  • Engineering qualifications, trade i.e Electrical or Plumbing / Pipe-Fitting or professional i.e Degree or HND
  • Currently an experienced Project Manager or Contracts Manager
  • Experience managing commercial M&E contracts
  • Comfortable in a client facing role

Package:

  • £55,000 to £65,000
  • 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • 4% pension
  • Car / allowance
