I’m working with a well-established mechanical and electrical contract business. They carry out mechanical, electrical, fabrication and air conditioning installation and maintenance work on commercial and industrial buildings as well as the MOD
Suitable for contracts managers, contract engineers, site managers or project managers, project engineers, engineering managers, maintenance managers or facilities managers who have experience of multi-site management at contractual level
Background:
Mechanical, electrical or fabrication trade background such as plumber, electrician, welder, fabricator, pipe fitter, HVAC engineer, chiller engineer or air conditioning engineer
Also suitable for degree qualified mechanical engineers or electrical engineers
Experience of managing multiple contracts
Experience of managing project managers would be beneficial
Must have a building services background
Package:
£45,000 – £55,000
Company car or allowance
Site based with travel
40 hour contract
4% pension
28 days holiday
