The Role

  • Liaise with customers via phone and email
  • Evaluate new credit requests, perform credit checks, and set credit limits for new customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in the best way possible
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve any billing issues

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Work well in a team

Package

  • To £27,5000 annual salary
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
