The Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a desire to help people to join our clients Internal Sales Support Team. The successful candidate will have the skills to interact directly with our clients customers to answer questions, solve queries, provide education, minimise the risk of bad debt and maintain our clients reputation for high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers providing product information, price & delivery, invoice queries, order progress and amendments
Build rapport with customers to resolve service issues and queries and deliver outstanding service to customers
Take ownership of customer enquiries and respond to escalated customer issues in accordance with agreed procedures
Communicate professionally and regularly with leadership and peers on the status of accounts and escalations
