Customer Service Executive – Warrington – Up to £30K!
A family run Freight forwarding and logistics company are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
You will provide and promote a professional, customer focused service to make sure that customer needs are satisfied.
- As a Customer Service Executive you will oversee booking in delivery times and follow up on timed deliveries.
- You will provide quotes to customers in line with agreed schedules.
- Customer Service Executive will collate records of discussions or correspondence and to track customer queries.
- Adhere to agreed customer service standards, service level agreements and procedures.
- Ensure immediate response for customers to enhance their customer service experience and strengthen their loyalty.
- Track & Trace of inbound shipments
- Informing customer of transit times
- Must apply attention to detail and always ensure accuracy of data input.
- Provide solutions and initiative and understand customer’s need to improve customer experience.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction level to retain customers.
- Manage daily complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain good and appropriate records on customer management system.
- Handle and assist escalated cases until customer is satisfied
- A knowledge of the Transport and Warehouse Industry.
- Experience using IT platforms.
- Experience dealing with customer queries.
