Customer Service Operator
Customer Service Operator required in Derby
An independent and growing transport business based near Derby are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Operator to join the team.
You will be ensuring customers orders are load onto all systems and then kept up to date with all collection and delivery details.
Must have experience in a haulage / transport business.
The Details:
£25,000 salary
Monday – Friday
08:00 – 17:30
The Role:
Customer Service Operator will be the first point of contact for all customers
You must ensure effective communication is maintained with internal teams
All customers must be kept up to date regarding collection & delivery times
You are expected to provide real time updates about inventory and stock as needed
All information must be recorded accurately and quickly
Customer Service Operator will be inputting orders in a time effective manner
The Requirements:
Transport / Haulage office experience
Excellent communication skills
Good administration / computer skills
Strong work ethic
