Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)

You’ll play a vital part in ensuring seamless customs clearance for international shipments, supporting both import and export processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and process customs declarations for road freight
- Ensure full compliance with UK customs regulations and procedures
- Communicate with HMRC, port community systems, and other authorities to resolve queries
- Keep internal systems and records updated and accurate
- Stay informed on the latest customs legislation, procedures, and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in customs clearance
- Solid background in road freight logistics
- Practical experience with customs software such as Sequoia, CDS, or Destin8
- Strong understanding of UK import/export laws and documentation requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with strong communication and organisational skills
