Customs Clerk – Bristol
Salary: Up to £28,000

The Role:
We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented Customs Clerk to join our Bristol team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that all import and export documentation is processed accurately and in compliance with HMRC and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing and checking customs documentation for imports and exports
• Liaising with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining compliance with UK customs legislation and international trade regulations
• Resolving queries quickly and effectively
• Supporting the wider operations team when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a customs or freight forwarding role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Knowledge of customs procedures (C88, CDS, CHIEF) desirable
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
