An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customs Clerk to join an established and growing international logistics business based in Morley.

This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team where you’ll enjoy a varied role, work with international customers and partners, and develop your career within the freight forwarding industry.

Working hours : 08:30 – 17:00 – Monday to Friday

What’s the Role?

You’ll play an important part in ensuring customs processes run smoothly and efficiently, taking responsibility for customs entries, import and export documentation, customs compliance and liaising with customers, hauliers and internal operational teams.

You’ll also help resolve customs queries, manage clearance requirements and ensure shipments move across borders without unnecessary delays.

⭐ What Are We Looking For?

Previous experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding is essential, together with a good understanding of import and export procedures and HMRC requirements.

Experience within European Road Freight Operations would be a real advantage, particularly if you understand the customs requirements associated with cross-border European movements.

We’re looking for someone organised, detail-focused, proactive and confident communicating with customers and operational colleagues.
