Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Imports & Exports: Manage all customs processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to HM Revenue & Customs regulations.
• Duty Liabilities: Ensure all customs duty liabilities are properly fulfilled.
• Communication: Liaise with customers, suppliers, and customs authorities to ensure timely and compliant processes.
• Dangerous Goods Paperwork: Handle the necessary documentation for hazardous shipments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customs clearance (import or export).
• Skills: Knowledge of UK & EU customs requirements and experience with systems like CDS, CNS, Destin 8, or Sequoia.
• Procedures: Familiarity with customs procedure codes (CFSP, Transit).
• Transport Knowledge: Experience in logistics, haulage, or road transport is a bonus!
