Data Centre Project Manager

I’m working with a global brand of Data Centre cooling. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the installation of Data Centre HVAC equipment. This is suitable for electricians, mechanical engineers, air conditioning engineers, or chiller engineers who are currently working as Project Managers or Contract Managers, managing commercial contracts, preferably data centres

Package:

  • Basic salary £50,000- £55,000
  • 25 days holiday
  • 8% pension

Main responsibilities

  • Effective management of projects to ensure efficient and timely delivery of all project obligations
  • Ensures projects are delivered on budget

Requirements

  • Electrical, mechanical or HVAC engineering qualifications
  • Experience of managing data centre HVAC or M&E Projects
  • Working knowledge of commercial contract agreements
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools
