Depot Manager/Site Manager
My client is on the lookout for a Depot Manager to lead their St Columb Branch. You will be responsible for the overall implementation of activities and objectives set out for the depot and engage, develop, and manage team performance.
You will work to support our Senior Leaders in stock management, equipment preparation, servicing & repairs, workshop utilisation and transport.
The Role
- Overall responsibility for Depot project and activity implementation
- Uphold Depot maintenance standards and instigate depot improvement required.
- Overall responsibility for the customer experience delivered within the depot.
- Support customers telephone and/or counter enquiries for parts/sales/service.
- Manage holiday, sickness and absence leave for the Depot.
- Opening and closing of the depot on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of security within the depot
You
- Have experience in running a Site/Depot or Operations – Supervisor/Manager
- Have some Engineering experience – Mechanical/Agricultural
- Have great Customer Service & Man Management skills
