I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to work as a Deputy Manager for a highly regarded care provider within their reputable elderly care home in Brough.
The home provides person-centred elderly, Dementia and mental health care for 35 residents across 3 units.
As the Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager in ensuring high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service, offering guidance and support to the staff team, reviewing care plans and assessing, planning and evaluating residents’ care, leading the mutli-discpliniary staff team and more.
In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £36,233 per annum along with a range of excellent staff benefits, including:
