I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced care professional to work as a Deputy Manager within an award-winning, recently refurbished care home in Leicester.
The home provides person-centred care for 40 residents with residential and Dementia care needs as well as respite care. They have been rated good in all areas by the CQC and pride themselves on the high quality, person-centred care that is delivered by the passionate and dedicated staff team.
The home is also set in beautiful grounds and has excellent transport links.
As the Deputy Manager you will support the Home Manager and lead the staff team in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.
For this role it is essential that you have previous leadership/ deputy management experience within a care home setting.
You will receive a generous salary of £30,000 along with a range of excellent training and continuous development opportunities.
