I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager for a family run care company within their reputable home in Horsham.

The home provides high quality, person-centred elderly care and has been rated good in all 5 areas. They are set in beautiful grounds and have an excellent reputation within the area. Following their successes the home have recently expanded to provide care for up to 55 residents.

As the Deputy Manager you will support the multi-discipliniary staff team and work alongside the Home Manager in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service.

You should have excellent knowledge and experience of leading a team, working within elderly and dementia care and good knowledge of the CQC, NMC and health and safety guidelines.
