I currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior nurse to work as a Deputy Manager within a purpose-built, 55 bedded nursing home in Poulton-le-Fylde.

The home provides elderly and Dementia care for 55 residents and has been rated good in all 5 areas as well as having an excellent reputation within the local area.

As the Deputy Manager you will assist the Home Manager in ensuring that high quality, person-centred care is delivered throughout the service. For this role it is essential that you have previous experience leading a team, ideally within a nursing home setting.

You must be Nurse qualified (RGN or RMN) with an active UK NMC pin.

In return you will receive a generous salary of up to £48,000 per annum.
