Digital Solutions Support Co-ordinator
WR Logistics are currently recruiting for a Digital Solutions Support Co-ordinator in Salford.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving food distribution company that specializes in catering supplies for business to business.
Hours and Pay – Digital Solutions Support Co-ordinator in Salford.
- Monday – Saturday – Working 5 out of 6 days per week on a rota basis.
- 0930 – 1730
- £22,500 per year – if your rota falls on a Bank Holiday then you are paid triple pay.
Duties – Digital Solutions Support Co-ordinator in Salford.
- Logging of Digital Credit Requests (online customer services)
- Maintaining/looking up data within excel
- Investigation work within various portals
- Liaise with both internal and external customers
Requirements
- Technical background – knowledge of B2B systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of the full business life cycle
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong Investigative/analytical/problem solving skills.
- Positive attitude
- Flexible approach
- Experience in a fast moving, pressurised team environment is essential.
- Strong IT skills and experience with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook (Access preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail
