Location: Warrington
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Car Benefit
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Drainage Operations Manager to join a leading drainage service provider at their Warrington site. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on operations professional with strong drainage knowledge to play a key role in managing daily operations and leading a small team of engineers.

The Role

As Drainage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

The package:

• Competitive salary up to £45,000

• Company car / car allowance

• Monday to Friday working hours (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities include:

• Conducting site visits and preparing quotations

• Managing and overseeing a small team of drainage engineers

• Managing daily operations and responding to on-site issues

• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

• Monitoring and reporting on KPIs

• Carrying out regular van checks

• Sourcing materials and equipment

• Supporting engineers and ensuring operational efficiency

Essential Requirements:

• Previous operations management experience

• Strong drainage industry experience (jetting, CCTV surveys, and general drainage knowledge is essential)

• Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations

• Full UK driving licence
