Operations Manager/Site Manager – Drainage & Jetting
My client is a Family-run company looking for a new Operations Manager to help run their Bristol office alongside the admin team. If you have worked in the drainage industry on jetting, CCTV surveys, relining this role could be for you.
The Role
- Day-to-day operations management
- Assisting with customers on a day to day basis.
- Quoting jobs – CCTV surveys, jetting, lining.
- Booking in works
- Ensure all jobs have the correct engineers and equipment booked etc.
- Over-seeing the training matrix and training for the Engineers
You
- Must have minimum 5 years experience in operations or within the Drainage industry – jetting, CCTV, repairs
- Have good people management skills

- Salary £40k/£50k based on experience + Great bonus incentives
