Are you seeking an opportunity which allows you to undertake detailed Electrical estimation duties on ranging, sizeable, multi-million pound projects within the building services sector?
This specific role will provide an experienced Electrically-biased professional the responsibility, through estimating focused workings, of playing a part by submittal of tenders and additional details to secure future comapny projects.
Should you have the drive and desire to be part of a renowned design & build M&E Contractor with a turnover in excess of £50m, with some exciting projects on the horizon in 2024, then this is the perfect opening for you.
The Role –
– Produce take-off and measures of tenders and subsequent inputting into estimating software to ensure that the prime costing of project is understood
– Ensuring tenders are completed consistently and in line with company procedure
– Preparation of tenders to accurately align with company policies while considering upcoming construction, technical and commercial risks
Requirements –
– Relevant Building Services / Electrical or other discipline qualification
– Experience as an Electrical Estimator or preparation of electrical estimations
– Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
Package –
– To £55k per annum
– 23 days holiday annually, excluding public holidays
– Hybrid working
