Originally an electrical contractor, my client is growing the mechanical side of the business to the same level and as a result there are several opportunities for both internal progression and for new candidates t join them as the business develops
Currently there is an opportunity for an Electrical Estimator to join their head office based in South Wales. You will also have the opportunity to visit the Bristol office as well as commercial sites across the South West and Wales
Background:
Estimating and tendering experience is essential
Currently working as an estimator ideal however project managers, contract managers, buyers, procurement or bid managers with the correct experience and an interest in estimating will be considered
Ability to understand technical drawings
Role:
Approaching new clients for tender opportunities
Create and submit tender packages to win new business
Maintain strong working relationships with new and existing clients
Attend pre-tender site meetings
Assist with business development activities within the company
Package:
£35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
4% pension
28 days holiday
