Electrical Sales Engineer
An Electrical Sales Engineer is required to join an electrical equipment manufacturer. Field sales experience selling to electrical contractors is highly beneficial.
The company is a long-established family business manufacturing HV and LV power and distribution equipment for commercial and industrial applications, and they sell directly to licensed contractors.
This role would suit either an electrical wholesale sales background or a technical sales engineer, ideally who is electrically qualified.
The role
- A mix of existing customers and developing new customers
- Building relationships with licensed electrical contractors in the Midlands region
- Collaborating with the technical and tendering teams
- Providing quotes and supply availability
- Support and training provided as required
Requirements
- Currently living in the Midlands
- Technical sales experience
- Being electrically qualified is beneficial
- Has sold to electrical contractors is beneficial
- Knowledge of electrical products such as switchgear, motors, transformers, power supplies is beneficial
- Full driving licence
Package
- Salary DOE upto £50K
- Bonus 20% of salary
- Car allowance £450pm
- 23 days holiday rising with service
