Estimator / QS – Construction

I am working with a reputable construction company based in Portsmouth who are looking for an Estimator / QS to cover their fit outs, full refurbishments and conversion contracts. This is suitable for Estimators / Quantity Surveyors or commercial managers looking to get in with a company who are constantly growing and boasts a great client base covering the south.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as construction estimator.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts.
  • Comfortable with numbers and technology.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Well-organised and reliable.

Package:

  • £60,000 salary
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Private health care after 2 years
  • 4% pension
  • Shareholder options as the company grows
