Road Freight Forwarder – Halesowen
Location: Halesowen, West Midlands
Salary: £29,000 – £34,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Scheme

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful and expanding freight forwarding company based in Halesowen, West Midlands. Due to consistent growth in demand, they are seeking an experienced Road Freight Forwarder to join their operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage UK and European road freight operations from booking through to delivery
• Prepare accurate and timely freight quotations for clients
• Liaise with hauliers, subcontractors, and customers daily
• Handle all relevant shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build lasting client relationships

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in road freight forwarding
• Solid experience preparing and submitting freight quotes
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple shipments and work effectively under pressure
• Competent in using freight systems and Microsoft Office
