European Road Freight Operator

European Road Freight Operator – Bradford, UK – Up to £35,000

Job Type: Full Time

09:00 AM – 17:30 PM Monday to Friday

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)

My client, an established international Freight Forwarder is looking for an experienced European Road Freight Operator to join their successful team based in Bradford.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in European Road Freight.

Job Duties:

  • Liaising with customers and overseas agent.
  • Load planning and liaising with hauliers.
  • Raising export documentation to enable trailers to transit UK Ports and Europe.

From You:

  • Candidate must have a good level of education and be a good communicator.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Good computer skills . Additional training will be given in the use of their in-house Systems.
  • Ideal candidate would have an aptitude for learning and be able to work as part of a team whilst also having the ability to work on their own initiative.
  • 2 + years experience in EU Road Freight.
