European Road Operations Coordinator
Location: Selby
Salary: up to £33,000 (DOE)
My client is looking for an experienced European Road Operations Coordinator to join their team based in Selby. They are an experienced freight forwarder with over 80 years of experience in the industry. The right candidate will have previous experience working as a Freight Operator or Coordinator for a UK based Freight Forwarder and have 3+ years of experience working with European Road Freight.
Package Benefits:
- Annual Salary: up to £33,000 (DOE)
- Full time: Monday to Friday – 9:00am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Client liaison for the European Road freight client base.
- Freight quotations for export and import freight shipments.
- Completing operational administration, including customs clearance formalities, for clients and suppliers.
- Managing the European road freight consignments in transit through to successful completion and delivery.
- Invoicing out and completing the job files.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ freight forwarding experience in European Road Freight essential.
- Experience working for a UK Freight Forwarder
- Customs clearance experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
