Export Documentation Coordinator

Position: Exports & Documentation Operator – Freight Forwarding
Location: Wakefield

Salary: £25,000 (Negotiable) DOE

Due to continued growth we now seek to appoint an Exports & Documentation Operator to join our fast growing, friendly Exports & Documentation department from our offices in Wakefield.

The ideal candidate for this role will be experienced in either Ocean or Air Export Operations or have been involved with producing documentation for export shipping & bookings. The role will include communication direct with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, chamber of commerce, customs and other partners.

General purpose of the position:
Collation, checking & processing of export documents
Complete and submit Export Shipping Instructions
Accurately produce Bills of Lading
Produce & Process Certificates of Origin
Administration tasks relating to Letter of Credit and collections.
Maintaining our documents tracking systems.
