Export Freight Coordinator
Export Freight Coordinator – Witham – Up to £35,000
Our client who are a freight forwarder based out of Witham are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Freight experienced individual with a minimum of 3 years of general forwarding experience, particularly in Exports.
As Export Freight Coordinator, you will be tasked to do the whole start to finish process for their clients export requirements. Imports would also be apart of your day-to-day, so experience in Imports would also be required.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the export process, including all country-specific requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Assist in addressing supplier and customer queries.
- Ensure timely billing in accordance with company policy.
- Oversee all aspects of Exports from start to finish.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Ensure the correct flow of documentation.
- Work independently within the export process.
- Handle all export shipments from beginning to end.
- Understand supplier conditions, delivery terms, Incoterms, and purchasing conditions.
- Utilize computer systems and invoicing effectively.
- Possess knowledge and experience in Customs and export documentation.
- Exhibit strong communication skills.
- Manage personal time efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Import and Export freight forwarding
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience with a UK based freight forwarder
- Experience in Customs entries
