We are seeking an experienced Export Freight Coordinator to join our clients growing team. This role is ideally suited to someone with experience handling airfreight exports and sea freight exports within a fast-paced forwarding environment.

The Role:
You’ll take ownership of daily export operations, ensuring that shipments are arranged and processed accurately and on time. This includes everything from liaising with airlines and carriers to preparing documentation, managing bookings, and ensuring compliance with export regulations. You’ll work closely with customers, agents, and internal teams to deliver a smooth and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air, road and sea exports

• Handle bookings, collections, documentation, and customs clearance

• Prepare and issue export documents (HAWB, MAWB, manifests, etc.)

• Process NES entries (UCR, MUCR, CPC codes) and other relevant customs forms

• Arrange consular documentation (EUR1, ATR, COO, ATA Carnets)

• Liaise with clients, carriers, and partners to resolve queries

• Generate invoices and relevant transport paperwork

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally at least 3 years of experience in an air export role within freight forwarding based in the UK

• Sound knowledge of export procedures and customs documentation

• Familiarity with handling DG shipments by air

• Proactive, customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills

• Confident using IT systems and experience using Sequoia & Boxtop

• Competent in booking/managing FCL ocean exports.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based role

• Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30

• Competitive salary depending on experience

• 3-month probationary period
