Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technical solutions and building lasting customer relationships? An established and growing engineering organisation is looking for a motivated External Sales Engineer to join its dynamic team covering Chester, Wrexham, Runcorn, Warrington, Widnes and parts of the Wirral.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, developing new business opportunities, and delivering innovative industrial automation solutions to customers across a variety of sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing
Using your technical expertise to develop tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
Preparing accurate, competitive quotations aligned with customer requirements.
Managing your own sales activity to achieve and exceed company objectives.
Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
Keeping up to date with new products, technologies, and industry developments.
What We’re Looking For
Solid knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control products and solutions.
Proven experience in external customer-facing sales roles.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus.
Good IT skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
