We’re representing a long-established precision casting manufacturer in Sheffield that produces high-quality, engineered castings for industries such as energy, defence, rail, and heavy engineering. They’re looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Engineer to join their tight-knit sales team of five.
The Role
You’ll be the key technical and commercial contact for customers across the UK, driving sales of complex cast components and delivering tailored solutions from enquiry to delivery. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships and closing business.
About You
Proven sales experience within casting or primary metal manufacturing
Technical understanding of casting processes and engineered components
Confident communicator, able to engage with both engineers and commercial teams
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team
