Field Service Engineer – Security – CCTV
I am recruiting for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a company that are a UK supplier, installer and maintainer of Door entry, access control and CCTV systems.
Primarily working in the London area, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience maintaining security/CCTV systems.
The Role
- Repair and maintenance of door entry, access control and CCTV systems.
- Maintenance and repair of product software and alteration of system settings
- Participation on the Emergency out-of-hours rota (currently circa five weeks per year)
- Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with client Service Level Agreement requirements
- Expectations in a timely manner.
- Client sign-off and all necessary photographic recording performed as required
You
- Within commutable distance of head office in Hemel Hempstead (when required)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a security engineer with access control and door entry work
- High level technical and electronic security skills
- Sound knowledge of the security industry
- A full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Logical thinking and methodical approach
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills, with both clients and colleagues
- Hard working and keen to progress within the Company
Package
- £30K-£38K (Pending on experience) – Including Call Out/Overtime bonuses which could add £5k onto basic
- Potential of great progression within company
- 1 in 6 call out rota
