Compressed Air Engineer/Compressor Engineer
My client is a successful Engineering company that specialise in installing, servicing and repairing a wide range of air compressors (reciprocating, rotary vane and rotary screw). They are on the look out for an Engineer with Compressor experience to join the Field Service Team for the South – (London, Kent, Surrey, Essex)
The Role
- Install, service, troubleshoot, repair and maintain Compressed Air Equipment
- Install and maintain Compressed Air Distribution Networks using a range of pipework solutions
- Manage, record and complete all works using our job management software on one of our PDAs
- Provide telephone support and troubleshooting to our customers and other engineers if required.
You
- 3+ years’ experience working with Compressed Air Systems
- Good knowledge of electro & mechanical principles
- Reading and understanding electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams
- Sound understanding of external factors that can affect compressor performance
- 3-phase electrical knowledge is desirable.
