Finance Analyst

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000pa (DOE) + Biannual Bonus Scheme

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am-5:30pm

My client is looking for an experienced Finance Analyst join their team based in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting financial status through the analysis and comparison of results.
• Identify trends in financial data and establish plans to improve financial status.
• Support the procurement tram by comparing and contrasting budgets, P&Ls and actuals.
• Enforce policy and procedure to ensure targets and forecasts are met.
• Suggest improvements to costing processes.
• Generate new process SOP’s.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role across finance, finacial data analysis and budgeting.
• High business and financial acumen.
• Full knowledge and experience with Microsoft O365.
• Previous experience within the logistics and transport industry desirable.
• Good verbal and written communication and analytical skills.
