Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable
WR logistics are currently recruiting for a Part Time Finance Assistant on a permanent basis for a global Logistics company based in Hayes near Heathrow.
Position: Finance Assistant / Accounts Payable Assistant, Hayes
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £22,400
Hours: 4 day week 0900 – 1730 OR Monday – Friday 0900 – 1500 (Hybrid once fully trained)
The successful candidate will have a background as an Accounts Assistant or similar and possibly some finance qualifications.
You will need to have held an accounts position within a corporate sized business rather than an accountancy firm.

- Assisting with the reconciliation of inter-company payable and receivables balances up to millions of pounds
- Assisting with third party supplier reconciliation’s
- Processing all overhead invoices
Requirements
- You will have worked in a similar roles for at least 2 years
- Finance experience in the logistics sector beneficial.
- Sound knowledge of MS Excel and SAP, and Cargowise (CW1) would be beneficial
- Experience within a finance assistant, accounts assistant or financial administration role.
