Road & Ocean Freight Coordinator
Location: Westminster, London
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
We are partnering with a client seeking a skilled Road and Ocean Freight Coordinator to join their London-based team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing both road and ocean freight processes, with hands-on experience in import, export, and cross-trade shipments.

Main Duties:
Oversee daily road and ocean freight shipments from start to finish
Prepare job files and handle all operational documentation
Maintain strong communication and negotiation with suppliers and clients
Support sales teams with quotes and service-related information
What You’ll Need:
Proven experience in road and ocean freight operations
Previous experience doing import shipments for ocean or road shipments
Negotiation and pricing skills preferred
Strong customer service focus
