Monday – Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional within the freight forwarding industry, with a strong focus on customer care and expertise in ocean freight export and import.

Main Duties:

  • Managing start to finish Ocean operations including customs.
  • Overseeing all Ocean Import operations.
  • Handle all necessary documents including invoices and bills of lading.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to adapt a dynamic and growing team environment.
  • Ensuring customs compliance and regulation requirements are met.
  • Handling FCL and LCL shipments.

Requirements:

  • 3 + years’ Ocean experience in start to finish operations is essential.
  • Confident using logistic systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience and knowledge in customs procedures.
