Our client is looking for a dedicated professional within the freight forwarding industry, with a strong focus on customer care and expertise in ocean freight export and import.

Main Duties:
- Managing start to finish Ocean operations including customs.
- Overseeing all Ocean Import operations.
- Handle all necessary documents including invoices and bills of lading.
- Collaborating with colleagues to adapt a dynamic and growing team environment.
- Ensuring customs compliance and regulation requirements are met.
- Handling FCL and LCL shipments.
Requirements:
- 3 + years’ Ocean experience in start to finish operations is essential.
- Confident using logistic systems.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience and knowledge in customs procedures.
