Location: Pudsey
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you experienced in Ocean Freight Documentation within the Freight Forwarding industry? This is a great opportunity to join a long-established logistics company offering excellent benefits, set working hours, and a supportive, stable environment.
The Role:
Review and submit shipping instructions and HS codes for customs clearance
Check and confirm Bills of Lading against shipping instructions
Handle customer and client communication via phone and email
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all shipping documentation
Work collaboratively with an experienced operations team
The Person:
Background in Freight Forwarding and/or Ocean Freight operations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator (phone and email)
Customs clearance and Cargowise experience desirable
Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
