Join a global name in yacht transportation, helping to coordinate luxury yacht shipments across the world. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background or strong interest in logistics or shipping who’s looking to build a career in the marine industry.

You’ll be part of a friendly, professional operations team based in Southampton, managing shipments from quote to delivery and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full shipment processes from start to finish, keeping clients and suppliers informed.

• Prepare quotes and follow up on enquiries to convert new business.

• Coordinate bookings, customs, and all related logistics.

• Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant.

• Liaise with international offices, ports, and key partners.

• Support issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Gain exposure to specialist yacht and project cargo handling.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in international logistics & freight forwarding.

• Exposure to out of gauge shipments, project cargo and break bulk.

• Good understanding of sea freight operations (exports or cross-trade preferred).

• Excellent communication and organisation skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office; Cargowise experience is a bonus.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn about the marine sector.
