Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate quotations.
- Manage end-to-end Export and Import operations (Air, Road, and Ocean).
- Liaise effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Ensure accurate costing, billing, and invoicing for all jobs.
- Maintain compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
- Support warehouse operations occasionally when required.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in freight forwarding across Export, Import, Air, Road, and Ocean operations.
- Working knowledge of Customs procedures is essential.
- Experience handling Dangerous Goods and/or Restricted/Defence Goods is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and general freight forwarding systems.
