Location: Sheffield
Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00am-5pm

This opportunity could be excellent for you! My client is looking for a Freight Forwarder to join their team based in Sheffield. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in logistics and become an integral member of a rapidly growing Freight Forwarding Company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with shipments (Air,Road & Sea) from booking to final delivery (Including customs)
- Supporting the team with all enquiries relating to shipments
- Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.
- Client engagement- Proactively chase quotes and follow up to convert to sales, ensuring the highest levels of customer service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as working as a Freight Forwarder in the UK is essential
- Experience dealing with shipments from start to finish
- Minimum 1 years experience working for a freight forwarder in a similar role
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Excellent customer service.
- Full right to live & work in the UK.
- Good verbal and written communication.
