We’re working with a leading global freight forwarder who is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to head up their Southampton operation. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly stable, expanding business that has multiple sites across the UK and an excellent reputation worldwide.

The Role:
This is a senior position where you’ll have full responsibility for the branch’s growth, profitability, and operational excellence. With a particular emphasis on ocean freight, you’ll lead, motivate, and develop your team while ensuring first-class service delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all branch operations with a strong focus on ocean freight

• Driving commercial growth and branch profitability

• Building and maintaining strong customer and carrier relationships

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team

• Reporting into senior UK management and aligning with wider group strategy
