Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager

Location: Midlands, UK

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000

Commission TBD, Car Allowance, Company bonus scheme, Performance related dividends

Skills, Experience and Competencies:

  • At least 2 years working experience in sales, within the freight industry required
  • Knowledge and experience of Import/Export multimodal business
  • Demonstrate high quality communication skills along with good presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft packages especially Excel as well as have general PC knowledge
  • Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures
  • Must be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be flexible with their working hours, with the ability to work from home
  • Must have Rights to Work in the UK
  • Driver License – Required
  • Access to a vehicle – Required
