Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the freight forwarding department
• Coordinate multimodal transport solutions (sea, air, road, rail) for both import and export shipments
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, documentation, and customs procedures
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and carriers
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of freight forwarders
• Manage budgets, cost control, and ensure efficient use of resources
• Identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost savings

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in freight forwarding with a solid understanding of multimodal transport
• In-depth knowledge of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in using freight management software and Microsoft Office Suite
