Position: Multi Modal Imports Operator – Ocean, Air, Road

Location: Southampton
Salary: 29,000 – £35,000
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Hours – Mon – Fri 9:00am – 17:30pm

The Role:
Working as our new Multi Modal Imports/Exports Operator you will have a detailed knowledge of this industry with an aim of helping to support a small team to reach its goals in a timely and professional manner. The role will cover all modes of freight, dealing with imports as well as exports operations for sea and air shipments.

You will be responsible for completing the entire life cycle of the freight forwarding process from initial enquiry through to final delivery and every step in between, delivering the highest calibre of customer service and satisfaction at all times.

The Requirements:
Must have experience in either export or imports or both Imports is preferred
Must Have customs clearance knowledge
Must be able to work in a team
Experience on CNS / MCP / Cargowise 1 / Sequioa would be an advantage but not essential
Hours of work 0900 – 1730 hours
